Basic Bill Pay Process

1. Customized Monthly Budget and Analyzed Payment Schedule - customize a monthly budget by a researched average of your current monthly bills.
2. Deposit - An Estimate of your Monthly deposit is attained. A schedule of deposits is made according to your due dates.
3. Setup Bill Pay Account - a separate account is opened in your behalf specifically for your checks and deposits.
4. Change Address to our PO Box or electronic
5. Confirmation - A receipt of confirmation will be given to detail your account number, payment schedule and deposit amount.
6. Monthly Bill Payment - Bill payment will be paid in a timely manner and at least 5 days prior to their due date to ensure on-time delivery.

7. Reconciliation of Bank Account - we will reconcile your bill pay account and provide reporting.
8. Monthly Disbursement Report - details all activity on your account.
9. Year End Compilation Disbursement Report
10. Year End Budget Analysis and Report - to serve as a tool in a further budget analysis for the following year.
