Bookkeeping Helpers, Inc. started as Bills Etc. Personal Business Management, Inc. in January 1999 in Phoenix, Arizona. The owner and founder, Carrie Putman has been handling finances and bills for people for over 15 years. She had a vision and a passion to help people with their personal finances.
